50 young couples who were registered to get married were investigated about sex mental health problems of premarriage. The range of males was 22-35 while the females were 22-32 years; 78.7% of males and 69.6% of females had received college education or higher degrees. The largest % of professionals were 63.8% for males and 61.4% for females. With regard to attitudes towards sex: 32% of males and females thought that they could have sexual intercourse before registering if the couple decided to marry; 5% of males and 13% of females did not want to have a baby all their lives; 13% of males and 32% of females were fond of boys and 5% of males and females liked girls. Concerning sex behavior before marriage: 64% of males and 28% of females know how to use contraception tools. 82% of males and 42% of females want to have sex relations with their lover if the condition is permissible. 22% of males and 30% of females worried about the development of reproductive systems that could influence their love life. 32% of males and 52% of females feel afraid and nervous about the love life that will be coming. 62% of males and 20% of females feel happy. As for the resources of knowledge only 2% of males or females said that the knowledge they knew was from their parents, 77% of them said that their knowledge was from some popular scientific books and articles. When asked "Did you have the experience of sexual intercourse?" 18% of males and 16% of females answered "yes".
