Malignant mixed Mullerian tumor (MMMT) of the fallopian tube is an extremely rare neoplasm with a poor prognosis. To date, only 37 cases have been reported. The primary treatment for this tumor is surgery. Chemotherpy has been used with some success. The role of radiotherapy is less clear. A case of malignant mixed Mullerian tumor of the fallopian tube occurring in a 63-year-old woman, presenting with postmenopausal vaginal spotting for 7 months, is reported.
