Probable models of secondary calmodulin structure of vertebrates, invertebrates, higher plants and fungi were obtained. The results obtained are in favor of the idea that the secondary structure of calmodulin of different origin is similar in general outline. Peculiarities of the secondary calmodulin structure of invertebrates and fungi were analysed.
