Islet cell neoplasm of the pancreas was diagnosed in 4 dogs. The neoplasm metastasized to the liver and adjacent lymph nodes in 3 of the dogs. Clinical signs of hyperinsulinism (staggering, weakness, and falling, especially following exercise and excitement) were observed in 3 of the 4 dogs.
