Data were presented no central hemodynamics indices in 22 patients, aged 25-64, with hereditary hemochromatosis. The state of central hemodynamics in these patients was characterized by the tendency for an increase in stroke and minute blood volumes, and an increase in mean dynamic pressure with increased systemic peripheral resistance. It corresponds to the hyperkinetic type of circulation. Cardiovascular reserves are significantly reduced in patients with hereditary hemochromatosis, which may be determined by the test with dosed physical loading.
