Sinai is living reconstruction and development in all fields. On the other hand, rodents have a time honoured public health place in the history of science and followed man wherever he goes. Hence, a review and distribution map of rodents of medical and veterinary importance were given: Rattus rattus truqivorus, R. rattus alexandrinus, R. norvegicus, Mus musculus, Acomys cohirinus dimidiatus, Dipodillus desyurus, Gerbillus pyramidum floweri, G. andersoni, Jaculus jaculus schlueleri, Meriones sacramenti and Eliomys querinus.
