Doses of antilymphocytic serum (ALS), produced by immunizing a rabbit with mouse thymocytes, were given to Trichinella spira/i-infected mice. Comparison with controls showed that in mice with ALS, a histiocytic response predominated and the number of cells containing antigen decreased.
