A clinico-biochemical study was made in the families of patients with hemophilia A in order to increase the accuracy of its diagnosis. The study included four families, and the following methods were used: clinico-genealogical, coagulation and biochemical. On the basis of the study, it was possible to determine the heterozygous carriers of hemophilia A in the studied families.
