Statokinesimetry is a useful way to appreciate instability not only as clinical quantification but mainly as accurate analysis of postural behaviour. Postural informations should refer and be integrated to a general conception of body adjustments. Standardization is necessary to compare data from different departments and to elaborate new computerized analysis.
