Present study, based on a cross-sectional sample of 214 male children in the age range of 8 to 18 years, confines to the evaluation of the development-cum-maturational trends among the Warlis with the help of nine anthropometric measurements. Analysis of the data reveal that head and neck length and total lower extremity length attain adolescent spurt between 12+ and 13+ years. There exists a second peak velocity or the post adolescent spurt in all the nine measures between 15-16 and 16-17 years. The maturation of main body segments showed both cephalo-caudal as well as caudo-cephalic directions between 8 and 17 years. Body weight shows the fastest rate between 8 and 11 years. At the age of 17, stature, trunk segment, leg segment and arm segment have yet to achieve .02%, .05%, .03%, and .11% respectively to complete their maturation as against 0.92% in case of head and neck segment.
