Study of the methodology for social psychological investigation of the personnel of an enterprise

A questionnaire including two forms (A and B) was designed for social psychological investigation in the personnel of an enterprise. Forty two questions consisting of 11 classes of probable influential factors belonging to 3 categories were listed in Form A. The subjects taken at random from the enterprise were asked to select "yes" or "no" to answer questions in the questionnaire. In addition to the closed type of questions, an open question was attached for free discussion from the subjects. Form B was designed according to psychological projection mechanism, in order to eliminate the apprehension of the subjects. The reliability and the validity of this questionnaire were discussed after preliminary trial. The method adopted in our study is feasible.
