A 48-year-old patient with bilateral renal angiomyolipoma associated with tuberous sclerosis is described. Two members of this patient's family likely to have the same condition could not be studied. Clinical and radiologic examination revealed the characteristic features of this disease process. Other symptoms and signs reported in the literature were not observed. The patient was managed conservatively with embolization of the left renal artery due to the large size of the left renal mass and hematuria. The patient evolved favorably.
