A rare case of perforation of adenocarcinoma arising from the jejunum is reported. The case presented with a long history of occasional pain, vomiting and distension of abdomen. The patient was admitted as an emergency with severe exaggeration of these symptoms. Examination revealed tenderness and rigidity all over the abdomen. Plain X-ray showed air under the diaphragm and exploration revealed an annular growth arising from the jejunum with two perforations. Resection of the growth with restoration of the jejunal continuity was carried out. Patient had uneventful recovery.
