The article analyzes diagnostics and treatment of 281 patients. The IV degree of the disease was diagnosed in 81 patients (29.2%) and in 102 patients more (33%) it was diagnosed in laparotomy. Palliative operations were performed on 55 patients (19.2%). A conclusion is made that oncological watchfulness of physicians must be higher since the present day methods of diagnostics allow to make diagnosis at any stage of the disease. Lethality after radical operations modified by the author was not more than 15%.
