Differential diagnosis between hepatoma and metastatic liver cancer, it is useful that CT image is classified into 7 types. Angiographic-CT, in which a catheter was inserted into the common hepatic artery, could reveal a liver tumor with diameter of 3--5mm. Bolus injection is important to find small pancreatic cancer.
