Current treatments for bronchial stenosis include surgical resection, laser photoresections, cryotherapy, and limited experience with balloon dilatation. This article describes the use of the Gruentzig balloon for treatment of an acquired bronchial anastomotic structure after sleeve resection for carcinoma.
