The present study was carried out on 1003 families. The parental relationships occur with a proportion of 0.15 double 1st cousins, 0.3429 1st cousins, 0.0410 1st cousins once removed, 0.1575 double 2nd cousins, 0.0049 2nd cousins, 0.0399 bradari distant relations, 0.3192 bradari relations and 0.0798 unrelated category. Mean coefficient of inbreeding is 0.02958. Double 1st cousin and 1st cousin categories have younger mothers than in unrelated relationships. Pronounced effects of consanguinity were not observed in this population except in the case of stillbirths which are significantly higher in 1st cousins than in unrelated. Lethal equivalents are 0.7968/person. First cousin offspring is affected with an added risk of 2.49% compared to unrelated category. Deleterious genes probably are effective in postnatal stages of life.
