The morphology of the circulatory system of Chasmagnathus granulata was studied using intra-cardiac perfusion with Batson and Microfil. The morphology of the system doesn't differ, in general aspects, from the ones described for Brachyura. However, the descendent artery was found with its insertion in the ventro-lateral portion of the heart. This method allowed the observation of four branchio-cardiac veins along their whole trajectory.
