We report 11 cases who had anesthesia for cesarian section with lupus erythematosis for the past 15 years. Those who had been treated with large doses of prednisolone for maintenance detoriorated in the course of pregnancy after the second trimester. They had indications for cesarian section. Both mother and fetus often had obstetric complications. A neonatal death was caused by septicemia.
