Bilateral Sertoli cell tumor

We report a case of bilateral Sertoli cell testicular tumor in a boy who had initially consulted for true cryptorchidism of the right testis. A left hard testicular mass incidentally discovered on physical examination led us to suspect a testicular tumor. Surgical exploration confirmed the clinical suspicion. Pathologic examination revealed Sertoli cell tumor of testis. The literature on testicular tumors in children is reviewed and the gross anatomic and microscopic features of Sertoli cell tumors are highlighted.
