An aneurysm of the saphenous vein coronary artery bypass graft (SVCABG) is a rare complication. We present two cases of aneurysm of SVCABG developed 22 and 47 months, respectively, after the initial bypass operation, which were successfully treated surgically. Furthermore, the mechanisms of vein graft neurysm and some technical consideration on re-operation were discussed.
