Lower median incision with complementary subumbilical median approach in strangulated inguinal hernia

We report 5 cases of late strangulated inguinal hernia. The lower median incision with the inguinal incision is a good solution. The intestinal obstruction and the external abdominal hernia cure are control in a good condition especially in case of intestinal resection.
