Use of intravenous digital substraction angiography in reconstructive surgery of peripheral arteries

The case histories of 2 male patients were presented. I.v. digital subtraction angiography made it possible to obtain objective data on the nature of pathological processes that complicated the postoperative period in reconstructive interferences on the peripheral arteries and to choose the surgical tactics in complex clinical situations. Digital subtraction angiography is the most sparing invasive method which may be used in the immediate postoperative period when direct anticoagulants are used.
