The qualitative and quantitative composition of lipids that are absorbed by the particles of perfluoroorganic emulsions (PFOE) with varying chemical structure was studied during blood circulation. The data obtained showed that different emulsions absorbed lipids of varying quantitative compositions. A suggestion has been made on the relationship between the elimination rate of PFOE of varying chemical composition and the structure of the adsorption layer that contains lipids absorbed by the emulsion during blood circulation.
