Changes in norepinephrine and dopamine levels after the application of 0.05 mg/kg of Lysenyl were studied in female rats. Three hours following drug administration there was a significant increase in norepinephrine (by 20 %) and dopamine (by 32%) in the brain stem. No significant changes could be found 20 hours after the application.
