Rapid electrocardiographic diagnosis in outpatient care

A standard method of analysis has been developed on the basis of a simplified adjusted system of the ECG four leads for mass examinations. It is based on the determination of 6 ECG criteria and subsequent application of the rapid diagnosis algorithm and separation of the 19 basic ECG syndromes. Algorithmic rapid analysis data showed close correlation with the results of a medical analysis: the missing error is 2.6 per cent and false anxiety 1.9 per cent.
