Two cases of Hodgkin's Disease presenting as nephrotic syndrome of amyloid aetiology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Bombay, are reviewed. The clinical presentation, diagnosis, management and course of the disease are discussed. The literature as to the aetiopathogenesis and prognosis of the cases reviewed.
