The authors studied thirteen cases of gonococcal arthritis. Considerations on clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment are made. As stated by the W.H.O. the incidence of venereal diseases and their complications has increased in the past decade. The authors point out the importance of early and correct diagnosis.
