The present paper describes experience of treating seven young female patients suffering from malignant neoplasms of the head and neck in association with pregnancy. It would appear that the latter probably affects the prognosis. Since presence of malignancy did seen to harm the fetus, there is no reason to perform an abortion just because of their simultaneous occurrence. The main factors to be considered are (1) trimester at time of diagnosis (2) anatomic site of tumour (3) type and grade of tumour, as it relates to the expected treatment.
