Four cases of megakaryoblastic leukaemia are described. Three of these cases were diagnosed previously as cases of CGL. The fourth one was a case of acute megokaryoblastic leukaemia de novo. The ultrastructure, cytochemical and histopathological findings of bone marrows of these cases are described in detail.
