Masculine sterility presents in three forms, according to whether the spermiogram is normal, the number of spermatozoa is reduced, or the alterations of the spermiogram affect the morphology and mobility of the spermatozoa rather than their number. Modifications of the volume of semen and immunological sterilities are also envisaged.
