Plutonium dioxide (75 mu g) was injected s/c in 40 Beagles, 20 of which were given chelation therapy with penthanil. One untreated dog died from generalized lymphosarcoma 4 months later. P.M., several dogs had destruction of the germinal centres in the prescapular lymph nodes, and other lymph nodes were enlarged apparently as a result of hyper-plasia rather than neoplasia.
