Intensification of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence of nonadhesive mouse splenocytes affected by immune complexes has been shown to depend on B-lymphocytes. As shown by the inhibition analysis, this process is, probably, dependent on the formation of hydroxyl radicals of singlet oxygen and on the condition of cytoskeleton.
