Assisted extrapulmonary oxygenation (AEO) under conditions of fluorocarbon oxygenation of the blood and its pumping-over in the cardiosynchronous pulsating mode by means of two artificial ventricles of the heart operating in antiphase from the pneumatic drive of the artificial heart provides stabilization of the homeostasis basic parameters, normal arterial pressure, no hemolysis, higher levels of blood and tissue oxygenation, as compared to the pumping of oxygenated blood under the conditions of laminar perfusion flow, increased AEO duration, and prolonged survival rate of the animals.
