Ethyl ether, efficiently intoxicating and more and more used by young drug addicts, is not used in therapy, except for external use to withdraw sticking plaster's mass of the skin. To suppress this practice, some research on a substitutive solvent has been done. Bibliographical studies and the realization of models allowing the estimation of unsticking mass have led to the selection of some favourable active products. Some mixtures with organic solvents, alcohol, water, and surface active agents have been involved. These studies have been allowed to an original mixture, tested in hospital.
