Villegas, B. O. Eggum, S. K. Vasal and M. M. Kohli examine "Progress in nutritional improvement of maize and triticale." (4) R. A. Luse discusses "The need for food utilization and processing studies to supplement nutritional evaluation." Several aspects of quality in food crop varieties being developed at the international centres of tropical agriculture in Cali and Ibadan (CIAT, IITA) are examined.
