Cardiac scintigraphy (first pass method) was performed in 45 adult cases with acquired valvular disese, hemodynamics in left heart was studied before and after operation by decrement rate "S" in left atrium (SLA), left ventricle (SLL) and aorta (SAO), that was compared with parameters of cardiac catheterization and cardioangiography. The following results were obtained: Mitral Stenosis: A negative correlation (r = -0.71) was noted between SLA and PAEDP, SLA upper 21 mmHg of PCWP was less than under 20 mmHg. Mitral Regurgitation: SAO in Sellers III and IV was significantly less than in Sellers I and II. Aortic Regurgitation: A negative correlation (r = -0.95) was noted between SLA and PCWP, A negative correlation (r = -0.85) was noted between SLA and LVEDP, SAO in Sellers IV was significantly less then in Sellers III. Assessment of hemodynamics in acquired valvular disease by decrement rate of cardiac scintigraphy was a noninvasive method to repeat easily and was considered to be useful to decide operative indication for the patient with acquired valvular disease and follow up before and after operation.
