The results of a clinical and laboratory study of the kidneys in patients with pseudotuberculosis have demonstrated their participation in the pathological process. The incidence and manifestations of functional disturbances of the kidneys depend on the severity of pseudotuberculosis course. Restoration of renal function lags behind the clinical recovery in medium severe and, especially, severe course of the disease.
