This study included 42 ECG with signs of Q pseudoinfarction waves in the WPW [Wolff-Parkinson-White] syndrome and 10 ECG of myocardial infarction patients. The diagnostic significance of the vector analysis of the .delta. waves with a T wave in the WPW syndrome and the initial 0.04 s QRS with a T wave of myocardial infarction patients is discussed. In the WPW syndrome the vector of the .delta. wave and T wave had a discordant trend, while in myocardial infarction patients, the vectors of the initial 0.04 s and T wave acquired a concordant trend. This fact may be used for the differential diagnosis between the pseudoinfarction Q waves and signs of myocardial infarction.
