The article deals with the distance between the left testicular vein i.e. with its flow into the left renal vein and the lower vena cava and the left renal hilus. The caliber of the vein is also determined. The following results were obtained: the left testicular vein was distant from the lower vena cava 6.50 cm max. and 3.00 cm min. with an average distance of 4.75 cm. Distance of the left testicular vein from the left renal hilus was 1.5 cm min. and 5.1 cm max. with an average distance of 3.5 cm. The caliber of the left testicular vein was 3 mm min. and 8 mm max. with an average of 5.5 cm. A connection between the distance of in-flow of the left testicular vein and the inferior vene cava on the one side and the caliber of the left testicular vein on the other, was established, which has a special clinical importance in the diagnosis of different diseases of the testis and other organs.
