Four cases of uterine cervix inflammatory carcinoma) in patients (< 40 yr of age) with previous normal cervical smears are reported. There were no particular immunologic or hormonal clinical parameters, except an invasion of the endocervix. Such forms must be differentiated from others. A combination of radiotherapy and surgery is proposed as a therapeutic management.
