Interstitial cell tumors are rare testicular tumors. The presentation of this tumor type in children as well as in adults warrants detailed hormonal studies and pathological investigations are required to establish a diagnosis. Careful post-operative follow up is warranted because it is likely to evolve towards malignancy. We deem the present report of 2 cases is justified by the rarity of this tumor type.
