The colony-forming capacity of precursor cells of granulocytopoiesis was analyzed in 32 patients with acquired dyserythrocytopoietic anemias which are considered as a preleukemic state. The overtime study of agar culture is recommended for identifying the dyserythropoiesis variant and prognosing the disease outcome.
