Significant disorders in the growth of precursor cells of granulocytopoiesis were detected, which reflect highly malignant nature and multiform manifestion of blastcrisis of chronic myeloleukemia. The prognostive value of the colony-formation test for the evaluation of the patient's response to the treatment and the disease outcome were discussed.
