Cytochemical characteristics of proliferating and precursor cells were investigated with the use of correlation analysis. The study is based on calculation of the ratio between the cytochemical parameters of varying cell groups of bone marrow. Defrosted bone marrow and blood cells represent qualitatively new cell populations formed as a result of the selective action of low temperature and associated with the general biological property of living matter to adapt in new conditions by transition to a different functional level.
