Low dose (0.8-1.0 mCi) 67Ga citrate scans were applied to detect the lesion in 25 consecutive cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Primary sites were detected in 18 cases; sensitivity was 72%. Cervical lymph gland involvement and pulmonary metastasis were also demonstrated in most cases.
