No immume response to tumor cells was recorded in a primary mixed culture of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and irradiated cells of syngenous lymphoma EL-4. Administration into the mixed culture of exogenous interleukin-2 induces the formation of highly active antitumor cytotoxic lymphocytes. In vitro treatment of live lymphoma EL-4 cells with immune lymphocytes for 4-16 h leads to complete neutralization of leukogenicity of EL-4 cells.
