Among the 15 examined patients with repeated cases of generalized forms of meningococcal infection and purulent meningitides of other etiology HLA-B7 was identified in 6 and Kreg-B7 (B7-Bw22-B27) in 9 patients. Complex examination demonstrated a combined form of immunodeficiency in I patient.
