The data are presented on the efficacy of varying transfusion solutions for the treatment of acute blood loss and hemorrhagic shock . The results are given of the trial of the therapeutic effect of combined infusion-transfusion programs in hemorrhages of varying degrees of severity and in different phases of hemorrhagic shock. The combined infusion-transfusion therapy has a number of advantages in the treatment of blood loss and shock. They recommend differentiated application of the therapeutic programs with due regard to the character of pathophysiologic disorders.
