Immunologic disorders in preleukemic states

Immunologic investigations were conducted in 83 patients with preleukemic states and in 38 patients with acute leuemia concomitant with the hypoplastic syndrome of hemopoiesis. The pathogenesis of the hypoplastic syndrome of hemopoiesis was rather frequently connected with immunologic disorders. A decrease in the activity functioning T-lymphocytes in patients with the states of suppressed hemopoiesis could be considered as a sign denoting the transfer of such states into acute leukemia.
